This Privacy Policy explains how Noeryx(“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our advertising optimization platform (the “Service”).
Information we collect
- Account information — your name and email address when you create an account.
- Authentication data— a password (stored as a salted hash by our authentication provider) or, if you sign in with Google, your Google account’s basic profile (name, email, and account identifier).
- Connected advertising platforms — when you connect an advertising platform, we store the access credentials you authorize (encrypted) and read the campaign, ad, and performance data needed to provide optimization features.
- Usage and device data — log data such as IP address, browser type, and actions taken in the Service, used to operate and secure it.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Analyze connected advertising accounts and prepare optimization changes that you review and approve.
- Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- Communicate with you about your account and the Service.
Google user data
If you sign in with Google, we use the basic profile we receive solely to create and authenticate your account. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers that host and operate the Service on our behalf (for example, our database and authentication provider);
- with the advertising platforms you connect, to carry out actions you approve;
- when required by law or to protect our rights and our users.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the Service, which removes your account and the workspaces you own. Some records may be retained where required by law.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive data, access controls, and other safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights

Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
