1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Noeryx(the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Noeryx is an AI-assisted advertising optimization platform that connects to advertising platforms you authorize, analyzes performance, and prepares changes for your review and approval.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough and authorized to enter into these Terms.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You authorize connections to third-party advertising platforms and are responsible for complying with those platforms’ terms and policies.
  • The Service prepares changes as drafts; changes are applied only after you approve them, and you are responsible for the campaigns and spend that result.
  • You will not misuse the Service or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Third-party platforms

The Service integrates with third-party advertising platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular advertising performance, results, or outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noeryx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for advertising spend, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
